The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed

Book of the Dead
Throughout the month of November, we honor and pray for those who have gone to their eternal rest.  We are gathering names for a memorial,  a visual reminder to pray for the deceased.  See our book on display in our narthex or submit names below. 

PRAYER FOR ALL THE SOULS OF THE DEAD
O God, You willed that your Only Begotten Son, having conquered death, should pass over to the realm of heaven. 
We pray that your faithful departed servants, who have left this earthly life, may join your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ,
 and gaze eternally on you, their Creator and Redeemer, in heaven.  Amen
